KPC 2000+ Questionnaire and Rapid CATCH 2004 Documents

This version, includes 15 modules, as well as the new updated Rapid CATCH 2004 questionnaire and tabulation plan. Each module contains a questionnaire and tabulation plan.There is also an accompanying KPC 2000+ Field Guide.

Please note that recently funded grantees (those with projects starting in Calendar Year 2005), should use the newly revised Water and Sanitation module. This is listed below as 1A. (Cycle 21 Grantees) Household Water and Sanitation.

All other grantees should use the previously posted guidelines for this module.
