KPC 2000+ Modules and Rapid CATCH 2000+

The KPC 2000+ documents listed on this page, include the 15 modules, as well as the Rapid CATCH 2000+ questionnaire and tabulation plan.

The Rapid CATCH 2000+ tab plan and questionnaire should be used by grantees implementing projects that began before September 30, 2006. These projects should use the Rapid CATCH 2000+ indicators that they measured at their project's baseline and for all future CATCH measurements.

The Rapid CATCH 2006 tab plan and questionnaire should be used by grantees implementing projects that began on or after September 30, 2006.

Each module described below contains a KPC 2000+ questionnaire and tabulation plan. There is also an accompanying KPC 2000+ Field Guide.

Please note that those grantees with projects that started in Calendar Year 2005 but before September 30, 2006, should also use the revised Water and Sanitation module listed below as
1A. (Cycle 21 Grantees) Household Water and Sanitation.
